Who is
Paradigm SHift?
Developing cyclists face significant challenges; in this notoriously expensive sport, opportunities for athletes are limited, particularly for those from outside Europe. Many professional cyclists are underpaid, pressured into unfavourable contracts, or simply feel unsafe within their teams. Having experienced these issues firsthand, three-time World Champion Annette Edmondson OLY set out to do something about it…
